Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to groom future leaders by providing hands-on exposure to multiple business functions, including engineering, project management, client relations, and operations.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the technology solutions industry while developing leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across departments (Engineering, Deployment, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
• Assist in project planning, system design, and deployment activities.
• Support client engagement and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to develop leadership competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years of work experience preferred.
•  Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and self-growth.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
