The Crestron Ultimate in-ceiling speaker made by Origin Acoustics delivers the pinnacle of performance for demanding residential installations.
The ULTIMATE IC3‑SA‑WOOFER/TWEETER‑W‑T‑KIT is an in-ceiling speaker that resembles 3.5 in. (89 mm) designer lighting, blending seamlessly into the ceiling alongside a LFX‑DL‑TUNC for a sophisticated, uniform appearance. Weatherized construction allows for use in a shower, sauna, locker room, yacht, and marine applications.
The ULTIMATE IC3‑SA‑WOOFER/TWEETER‑W‑T‑KIT includes the ULTIMATE‑IC3‑AW‑SA‑BOX‑WOOFER‑W‑T‑EACH and ULTIMATE IC3‑AW‑SA‑TWEETER‑EACH, mounting hardware, trim-ring kit, grilles and installation hardware.
In the pre-construction phase, just the ULTIMATE‑IC3‑AW‑SA‑BOX‑WOOFER‑W‑T‑EACH can be installed, and once construction is finished, the ULTIMATE IC3‑AW‑SA‑TWEETER‑EACH can be installed to complete the speaker setup.
The installation process is simplified with built-in rails that secure the woofer enclosure directly to the ceiling joists, ensuring a level and secure fit. The tweeter is locked into place with a twist and hex screw.
The included trim-ring kit features six different designs, including the latest invisible flush-mount options, and both round and square grilles, enabling the selection of the ideal trim to match any interior. Three spacer rings are also included to allow for ceiling material depths of up to 1.38 in. (35 mm).
