Administrator (Sales / Project / Operation)

At MLV Teknologi, we are looking for high-performance Administrators to join our Sales, Project, and Operations teams. These roles are essential to ensuring our business runs smoothly, our projects are delivered with precision, and our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrator at MLV Teknologi, you will:

  • Sales Administrator: Support the Sales team with documentation, proposals, tender submissions, presentations, quotations, and client-facing materials, while maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
  • Project Administrator: Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting; track deliverables, timelines, and budgets; prepare meeting minutes; follow up on action items; and support procurement, logistics, and resource coordination.
  • Administrator: Operations administration, including day-to-day office tasks, reporting, and supply management; handle scheduling and travel arrangements; support HR and recruitment processes with documentation and communication; and ensure compliance with company policies while contributing to process improvements.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflows and positive outcomes.
  • Anticipate the needs of management and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and a professional, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; High School graduates with strong relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator in Sales, Project, or Operations (depending on the role applied for).
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent computer skills, including reporting, documentation, and presentation creation.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual ability is a plus).
