The Extron XPA 1002 is from Extron’s XTRA™ Series—a dual-channel Class D amplifier featuring patented CDRS™ (Class D Ripple Suppression) technology. It delivers either 100 W RMS per channel into 4 Ω or 60 W into 8 Ω (standard model), with high‑impedance options offering 100 W per channel at 70 V or 100 V. Housed in a half‑rack, 1U convection‑cooled, fanless chassis, the unit conserves rack space and runs quietly. It is ENERGY STAR® certified, featuring ultra-low inrush current, defeatable auto‑standby (activates after ~25 minutes), and fast InstaWake™ recovery from standby (<100 ms) when audio signal is detected
