The Extron XPA U 2004 FX is a four‑channel professional-grade amplifier delivering 200 W RMS per channel into 4 Ω, 8 Ω, 70 V, or 100 V systems—all channels driven simultaneously. Each channel features a rear-mounted rotary switch, allowing independent selection of output mode and optional high-pass filter (HPF) for 70 V/100 V operation, making it ideal for multi-zone deployments that mix conventional and distributed speaker lines.
Powered by ultra-efficient Class D amplification with CDRS™ ripple suppression and equipped with InstaWake+™, the amplifier wakes from standby in under 5 ms with minimal inrush current. Its ECO Standby mode reduces power consumption to under 2 W, and can also be disabled for continuous operation.
The unit features front‑to‑rear fan cooling with washable filters and does not require empty rack spaces between units. Rack mounting brackets are included front and rear for secure installation in professional AV racks.
