The Cisco Room Bar is an all-in-one video collaboration device designed for small to medium-sized meeting spaces (huddle rooms and conference rooms).
It integrates a 4K camera, beamforming microphone array, high-fidelity stereo speakers, and a built-in codec — allowing the device to operate independently (as a native Webex device) or as a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) video bar when connected to a laptop.

It supports 4K content sharing, dual displays, AI-powered meeting features (such as auto-framing and people count), and integrates seamlessly with Webex Control Hub for remote management, analytics, and device monitoring.

The Room Bar works natively with Webex Meetings, but can also interoperate with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet sessions.
